Hooked on Overages By Rick Dawson. Great system strong materials. The program teaches folks how to get overages from tax sale foreclosures. But, these overages are not plentiful. This is because the vast majority of the municipal foreclosures need to be either without mortgages or liens or had to be the rare situation that had a mortgage holder that didn't respond to the county's notification of the impending tax foreclosure. As you can probably imagine, this does not happen very often. Further, the hit to your wallet for the course is not friendly either, at over fifteen hundred bucks.
Nathan Jurewicz, aka the short sale kid, and his short sale riches. Good system, but it is still a short sale system. There's nothing new in short sales, as it is just attempting to be a middleman and creating margin. Yes there's some different angles here. But you're still chasing extremely difficult deals, with a limited prospective base. Don't forget that you are putting a deal together with a mortgage company who has to also negotiate with any other debt holder behind them. However, if the bank choose to foreclose instead, the foreclosing entity wipes out all claims behind it on the property. At just under a grand, again a tough price tag. One final word on this program. You have to put down earnest money. And you have to put a ton of offers out to get one to fall. So this can get expensive quick..
Deed Grabber - By Rick Dawson. This teaches how to get the deed prior to a tax sale in order to own it redemption cost. Great upshot potential, strong program, great price point. Don't like that you still own the property and have to resell it. Also doesn't work in non trust deed states.. The best programs show you how to profit without actually owning the property.. Also, I've purchased deeds before and no, a couple of hundred bucks ain't gonna do it. I don't care if you have some secret terminology. It is inexpensive. But these deals are very rare.

Third product by Rick Dawson is Court house riches. Actually pretty cool. Good bit of info, combining a number of systems. The price tag of just under a grand is not our cup of tea. Maybe a nice re-packaged way to extend sales and audience?

J Beck's free and clear real estate system. It's a good program for tax sale investing. Well thought out, easy to follow. Under 20 bucks. However, the additional information on available property is a recurring monthly bill just under $40 and there are crazy complaints about the back end support being about trying to sign folks up for mentoring. Lots of complaint chatter out there.
Jack Bosch's land profit generator. This is updated land profit formula. Okay, yet another deed grabber type of program.. Same problem as with deed grabber. You still have to flip it to capture equity. Anybody see what's happening in the real estate market, especially the land market?? Two Grand price tag? Whew.... Good for you, Jack Bosch.

The top judgment recovery courses are authored by Sierra Judgment Recovery and then Peter Gilboy. Really great programs with sensational documentation. And the price is right. But right now its two thumbs down. Why? Because the States are passing law after law limiting a judgment recovery specialists chance to garnish wages. Too late, mate.

And the support from the author himself. Outrageous! What we like about this program is the way its run. Just by itself, the ebook can show you how to make stupid cash. AND, they fund the people who buy the program if they need it, even doing the deals and paying out a commission on the gross. This is groundbreaking. Hats off to the creator of this program.
